Tip: Always include the entire folder structure, not just single files—metadata helps verification.
How to Prepare & Send Files (Secure)
- Back up the app data (Android via ADB/Root; iOS via encrypted iTunes/iCloud backup).
- Extract the Atomic app data folder (we can guide you step-by-step).
- Compress the folder into
.zipor.7zand set a temporary password for the archive. - Submit the inquiry on our inquiry page. We will reply with a one-time, secure upload link for your encrypted archive. Please do not email files.
- Provide password hints (see checklist). Better hints = higher success rate. They also help us estimate cracking time.

Password Hints Guide (What Helps Most)
- Length (exact/range): e.g., “8–10”, “12 exactly”.
- Character sets: lower/UPPER, digits, symbols (which?).
- Patterns: Word+year, capitalized word + 2 digits, ends with
88, etc. - Words you reuse: names, brands, pets, places.
- Dates/numbers: birthdays, anniversaries; format used (
DDMMYYYY,YYYY?). - Typical endings:
!,!!,123,2020, etc. - Language/keyboard: non-English letters, QWERTZ/QWERTY, frequent symbols.
Small details can dramatically narrow the keyspace—saving time and improving success odds.
