Do you need my seed phrase?

Do I need to root or jailbreak?
Android: an ADB full backup may work on some versions; otherwise root/custom recovery is needed to access /data/data/. iOS: use an encrypted iTunes/Finder or iCloud backup—no jailbreak required.
