Can you recover without my seed phrase?
Sometimes. If you have KeepKey Client data and strong hints, we may check app-lock passwords or test passphrase candidates against known addresses. A reset device cannot be recovered without the seed phrase.
Do you brute-force the device PIN?
No. The KeepKey device enforces limits; too many failed attempts will wipe it. We never attempt on-device bypass.
What about the 25th-word (BIP39 passphrase)?
We can test candidate passphrases offline using your hints and known addresses/xpubs to identify the correct wallet. Hint quality is essential.
Do you need my seed words?
No. We never ask for your seed. If you have it, simply restore on any compatible wallet.
