Do you need my seed phrase?

No. We only need the encrypted vault files and password hints. Never share your seed phrase.

I can’t find the extension folder. What should I do?

Just send the entire browser profile folder (e.g., “Default” or “Profile 1”). We’ll locate the NiftyWallet data inside it.

Is recovery guaranteed?

Length: exact or range (e.g., 8–10 characters).
Character sets: lowercase, UPPERCASE, digits, symbols (which ones?).
Patterns: Word+year, capitalized + 2 digits, ends with ! or 88, etc.
Words reused: names, nicknames, brands, pets, places.
